The perfect Espresso
It all started in the early 2000s with my quest for the perfect espresso. Every time I wanted to buy better coffee beans, I would come home and still end up with an espresso that was far too sour.
I thought there had to be another way—not sour, but full-bodied and aromatic. That’s why I started roasting my own coffee at home.
What began as a hobby grew in 2021 into a small, genuine coffee roastery with a passion for real espresso!
